As a result: you can’t say that in general. Everyone has to decide that individually for themselves. We have a prefabricated house and are satisfied. But whether it is the right one for you? You can’t say that in general. For me, the plot is decisive - if you have a hillside location, a concrete house might make more sense, if you have a huge plot - all flat, a bungalow from the prefabricated house provider might make more sense.
