Currently, there are no plots available in Dormagen, Bergheim and Roki are more likely; in one district of GV I have been waiting for the announced new development area for a long time and Neuss + surrounding areas will not be affordable for you. At least not in the towns where an acceptable infrastructure is offered. This provider works with expanded clay finished walls and is a subsidiary of Deutsche Fertighaus Holding. Regardless of whether you want to decide on this or another provider: pay attention to the BB and the contracts! Hardly any layperson is able to clearly explain the differences, so get external advice! There are various contact points for this – from lawyers to well-known associations to independent experts. Rhenish greetings

Thank you Ebi, I am very happy for the tips. First of all, I wanted to ask what the new development areas are called, and secondly, what is Blähtonfertigwand? And lastly, what does BB mean? Which companies would you build with? Greetings back

"An Mewissen" in GV-Wevelinghoven; the start has been regularly postponed for 2 years because building land still has to be acquired from farmers. Lightweight expanded clay is a building material. The provider you mentioned manufactures entire wall elements on construction roads and then assembles them on the construction site. Construction description; sorry Answering this question would cause more than just a bit of controversy. So I refrain from doing so and at the same time ask for understanding. Rhine regards

Dear adrijan, you are still at the very beginning of your search. Use the forum’s search - there are countless posts about what is “better” - prefabricated house or solid house. As a result: you can’t say that in general. Everyone has to decide that individually for themselves. We have a prefabricated house and are satisfied. But whether it is the right one for you? You can’t say that in general. For me, the plot is decisive - if you have a hillside location, a concrete house might make more sense, if you have a huge plot - all flat, a bungalow from the prefabricated house provider might make more sense. Maybe a developer project is also the right thing for you - it just depends on what is available on the market,..

Hello Wastl

You are right, so it is really exhausting and difficult, I have been busy with it for days. The only thing I could recognize is that a solid house is more valuable for a bank.

I have a question, has anyone perhaps had experience with the company Zaunmueller Massivhaus, because they have appealed to me the most so far?

Hello, you have been dealing with this for days. Most have been dealing with it for months, partly for years, and are not finished. We started the first discussions a year ago, we had already informed ourselves for at least 18 months before that. But apart from the plot of land, nothing has been signed yet. Therefore, good things take time. And many providers are happy to talk to you, but if you don’t have a plot of land, their interest will quickly cool down, as they have nothing to gain at first. And as mentioned, what can be built depends strongly on the plot of land.
