After the signature, the excitement is very high, and you would prefer to start immediately. Yes, there is a completion date. 8 months from the start of construction. Although various factors play a role there again. Interest exemption for 1 year.

MW is already fully booked with orders for this year. So the earliest start of construction is next year, of course depending on the weather.
