Supervisor chosen on the internet based on the posted descriptions, short way, damage assessor, over 50.
1/2 hour conversation at our place, fitted, engaged. He supervised us until the final acceptance and was worth real money to us as laymen. Before signing the contract, 2 hours with a lawyer for review and improvement.
Better price was not available, but the offer period was extended

I will contact the Bauherren-Schutzbund today and write to construction supervisors for an offer comparison and construction supervision.

A question about the construction supervisor. Preferably architect or civil engineer? We have an architect from the Bauherren-Schutzbund in our town. 24 km further there is a civil engineer who also has a larger office.

For me always the practitioner, he is supposed to see errors on the construction site. Ours also always directly asked the workers what they would do next and how, and nodded or gave hints, not with DIN numbers but technically justified.
