Tried 5 times. If no one responds within 2-3 days, I will call and introduce myself politely.The problem is sending the email without having made prior contact. How many times have you tried? With craftsmen, it is even more difficult via email. That is why I ALWAYS call first: "Hello, my name is Tassimat. I am looking for a craftsman for .... Am I in the right place with you?" The rest takes care of itself. Only after that comes the email. "As discussed on the phone earlier, I am sending you...". And afterwards, communication continues by phone or in person.
