take with you whatever ideas you have, be open, listen.
Take a look at Liaplan on the internet, they build with the stones,
we have Ultra08,
advantages for us, no ventilation system, no cavity insulation, simply solid plastered inside and outside

It may not yet have dawned on some builders that there is such a thing as a reversal of the burden of proof even in the market economy, and that supplier markets turn procedures upside down that one was used to from buyer markets. Times change. But you have now received some addresses here where you can handle it more cleverly on your further path.

Yes. And some have responded. Also our preferred candidate on site. Unfortunately with an offer that has significant gaps. Is that normal or can one conclude something about the company from the first offer?

To be honest, given the quality of your request for proposal, it would hardly be fair to attribute complaints about the quality of the offer to the provider. Reflect on that, improve the quality of your request (including better preparing the communication process), and only then draw conclusions from the quality of the offer you receive afterwards. Based on how you have requested so far and what the (also: not received) responses were, in my opinion you should proceed with the motto "let's move on" – this way you give a happy development a chance.

The offer came after the first meeting. We were with the managing director and exchanged ideas for about 1.5 hours.
