That's right.

The controlled residential ventilation system requires - it runs constantly at level 2 - 38.5 watts.

In summer it is off - so I'll calculate with 200 operating days.

185 kWh. At my electricity price, 55 euros/year or 4.60 per month.

Best regards

So - I find my value for this house good, since it is significantly (!) lower than calculated.

I can only guess here: Your house is significantly better insulated than mine. Maybe you have better windows (mine have U 1.1, you might have 0.8 ones?). I have two double casement windows. They also don’t insulate as well as the wall windows. And so on.

My place only has an official KFW-70 certification.

The fact is: Your value tops everything, it is really excellent. Hats off.

Best regards
Thorsten

Which controlled residential ventilation system do you have?

Pluggit Avent P310.
Power consumption is measured, not from the datasheet.

Ahh, that is also difficult with ours, according to the datasheet there are about 10 levels, but on the control you can only set 3 plus away (almost off).

The PLUGGIT has only 4 levels. Actually, the system is too big for our house, but the 190 model would have been too small. Level 2 is enough. I also haven’t set a weekly program or anything like that – it just runs continuously and has proven itself.

Regarding electricity consumption: I simply connected a meter for one week and then averaged it.

What kind of system do you have?

Best regards
Thorsten
