We have a Pluggit Avent P300, now 10 years old. In winter, the humidity in the house is 20%. Despite daily showers and drying laundry, small humidifiers in the living and bedrooms, we never got above 30% and had blocked noses all winter long. Since this year, we have been using the Pluggit AeroFresh Plus and no longer have any problems, the humidity is exactly as we set it. We are very satisfied. This also means we don’t have to set the heating (underfloor heating with an air heat pump) so high.

Hello, we are supposed to get a Nilan Comfort 300.

Without humidity recovery!

Nilan does not have something like that in their program.

Today I spoke with them.

Nilan says that humidity recovery is not necessary. In winter, you can simply reduce the system's performance if needed. Then the entire air is no longer exchanged, and the humidity increases!

Turning off the system would also be possible!

That would be like going to the car manufacturer and saying: "the fuel consumption values do not match," and the car manufacturer replies: "then you just have to drive slower."

With the same success, they could also have said: "You can also omit the system, then you won’t have any problems with air being too dry."

So all you can do is shake your head.

And in summer you have to turn it off so that too much heat does not enter.

... the reasoning is really amazing. My heating consumes too much in winter - well then just turn it off. Problem solved.

You are supposed to ... How free are you in your decision? Does the property belong to you? Which contracts have you already signed? There are other systems as well as other installers, planners, etc.
