yes, that is the value including the domestic hot water production. We have a small thermal solar system for hot water without heating support. And a controlled residential ventilation system with heat recovery.

For hot water we need (gas) about 4.5 kWh/day (if thermal solar is not supporting). So the guideline value you mentioned (which I did not know) is correct.
