Hi Thorsten,

your house picture looked familiar to me

Yes, I am also active in that forum. Trying to help wherever I can. Well. I am also currently working on my website to compile as much information as possible.

Regards
Matthias

Well, it looks different now. The street has been finished since this week and the photovoltaic system is installed. I need to take a new photo. Only the photos from Haus_im_Regen are not so great.

Hope you are doing well. Everything okay.
Let's call each other again in the next few days.

Best regards
Thorsten

PS: Your site is good, it keeps getting better. Hats off.

PS:
At Rest Forum. Matthias and I basically built our houses with the same manufacturer at the same time.

Both Matthias and I are very consistent and meticulous, which is why our (finishing-house) constructions were carried out exactly as we envisioned. In other words, we are both very satisfied in our own way, which is largely due to ourselves, our attitude towards the matter, diligence, meticulousness, and reliability.

When building, much is a matter of attitude and the appropriate approach. Matthias did much more himself than I did. But he can also do more....(and he is younger....laugh).

In that sense, Matthias has a lot of solid, fundamental knowledge. Even though he is a user with only 4 posts so far - you can fully trust Matthias, he is extremely competent.

Best regards
Thorsten

Wow, that is really low consumption, respect!! Have you optimized the heating? Which device do you have in use? Congratulations

Hi Stefan,

we have a Buderus GB-172.

Optimized - that is more of a design issue. The hydraulic balancing took place during the setup.

Since I have all the documents of the system, I struggled through several menus for a long time and yes, I adjusted one parameter here and there one after another.

Despite radiators, I operate the system with a very low flow temperature of under 50 degrees (at -5 degrees). Previously set by the plumbing company were 80. That is way too much.

I also optimized the times for DHW production. That has already brought some improvement.

Additionally: Ventilation is done by the controlled residential ventilation in winter, which also saves money.

If you have further questions: Feel free to PM.

Best regards to BaWü
Thorsten

Hello Thorsten,

those are impressive values. If that is correct, then I could perhaps assume 8500 KWh for 200m² of heated living space.
Hard to believe With your values, any discussion about air-water heat pumps is unnecessary.
