Hello,
The plot will essentially be built flat, some earth must be filled in at the front and then a retaining wall constructed (L-blocks with gabions or granite stones). The slope issue ultimately relates to the fact that this retaining wall must be built and you probably need a waterproofed basement. What do you think, how many thousand euros should we plan extra to make the project feasible?
Sigh - I should have asked more thoroughly.
A sloping site is something fundamentally different than what you now describe as secondary. That little lateral support cannot cost EUR 15,000 either, unless we are not talking about a little, but at least 2.00 m on the right and left.
Whether a waterproof basement is necessary, I cannot answer; here you should wait for the foundation recommendation from the geologist. Maybe a proper drainage is sufficient.
In this respect, I have to correct my estimate as follows: The house with a basement purely for use as a waterproofed basement should cost about EUR 300,000. Adding the cost of the plot and ancillary building costs makes EUR 480,000. From the remaining EUR 90,000 the painting and flooring work can be covered, as well as the kitchen purchased. L-blocks and the necessary outdoor facilities - even a simple garage - should also fit ... if the plot does not hold further surprises (soil replacement etc.) for you.
Rhenish greetings
