Ms. Katja, would you perhaps read Escroda's post No. 14 in the corresponding thread on the floor area ratio/site coverage ratio 0.1 instead of immediately ranting and calling the public service idiots? Thanks. And 11ant, there are no more alcoholics in the building authority than in, let's say, the window business. Karsten

I find it remarkable that there are at least 8 signatures and stamps on the development plans, rather more actually. Basically, I am of the opinion, "my signature is my head."

You're right - mea culpa.

That is also not true. On our development plan there are exactly two signatures, those of the mayor and the land surveyor. First, the mayor certifies with name and seal that the development plan has been drawn up. Then the surveyor certifies that the geometric data is correct. Then again the mayor certifies that the public interest bodies have been requested to submit their statements. Then once more the mayor certifies that the city council has adopted the development plan. Again the mayor now certifies that the development plan was made public and citizens could inspect it and no objections were raised against it. Thus it is legally valid. The mayor only signs the individual procedural steps. Nothing with dozens of different signatures.

I like the mea culpa, Katja, it shows character

I can confirm that. We have plenty of throughput heaters in the corporation. Those who always sit in meetings and listen. Never say anything. Leave early and very often do network strangling at the coffee machine. My boss recently said, "Stefan is just there, I don't really know what he does for us." Okay, Stefan and about 48 more people were then allowed to go.
