Yes, I only pay civil servants from my taxes who live at my expense. It especially pisses me off when I have to deal with them and realize that they are overwhelmed to properly hold a pencil. But yes, there are exceptions

I haven't seen/read the thread yet, but doesn't 0.1 floor area ratio contradict the footprint?

Yvonne. 1 story. Floor area ratio 0.1 or 110 sqm max. Example 1000 sqm. One story. Floor area ratio 0.1 gives 100 sqm slab.

They are probably always overwhelmed and piss you off when they don’t do what you want because they are not your servants but are bound by the law. Building law, tax law, criminal law, civil law, SGB or whatever, depending on the field. Otherwise, it also counts at the office that you get back what you put in, or if necessary, swear back.

What is a run-of-the-mill civil servant? No idea, 8 hours a day in the office, paid according to A15 ...

Doesn't have to apply to you, no reason to get upset But what exactly is supposed to motivate a civil servant, maybe you can explain that to me.
