Sockets on light switches is a controversial topic. On the one hand, yes because of vacuum cleaners, on the other hand I know the opinion no, because then you always reach for it instead of operating the light switch.
I would make outdoor power switchable. Plan enough terrace lighting (but no floodlights, rather indirect light, I would say). Possibly also lights with motion sensors on the non-terrace sides. Entrance definitely motion sensor with light.
Photovoltaics or photovoltaics preparation?
Power or empty conduits to the garage because of electric car in 10-20 years?
Electrical roller shutters, of course.
Enough sockets, sockets in every corner.
Also think about SAT/LAN etc. in every room.
Empty conduits or similar from front (TV/receiver & co.) to back (speakers).
Radio possibly with Bluetooth function in kitchen, bathroom, toilet (or some people have tablets installed everywhere).
Possibly generally think about where you want to listen to music, which source, which quality (for many in the kitchen next to all the kitchen noises, something simple for listening to the radio is enough, for example).
KNX a big topic in itself.
Enough lamps.
Possibly spots? Must be decided early. For example, stair steps, bay window, kitchen are popular places for spots.
I have not (!) dealt with the topic of LED control yet.
LEDs need direct current, direct current needs a transformer and these can sometimes buzz unpleasantly, at least according to reports on the internet.
I would like to keep the bedroom and at least the intended place for the child's bed free of electrosmog. That means you also need light, blinds, power there, but not in excess.
You can prepare TV socket in the bedroom (in case it is used differently later), but no one will put a TV in the bedroom.
Oh yes, pay attention to the position of the blind switches. We would probably plan mostly next to the door (a blind is basically like a light switch).
But these are all still fuzzy thoughts and suggestions, we have largely not dealt with electricity yet.
