Is it really true that double doors sag and become drafty? We were helping with a move over the weekend and they also had such a double door - it looked sturdy... but on the other hand, it is somehow logical that a door that rests completely on a frame is more stable than one that closes freely against another window element.

Regarding the patio doors - the small one in the living room towards the kitchen leads to the covered terrace and should be able to open. The double one facing east in the living room looks towards the neighbor and the 3 m building boundary - we were thinking of two fixed elements there. For the large 4-panel window in the living room, we had so far thought of making them all fixed - but maybe a door wouldn’t hurt in case one decides on a non-covered terrace after all (in front of the living room to the south also gets the most sun). So, the door at the counter in the kitchen? Okay.

In the kitchen, all the outlets except for stove and oven. Thanks for the tip about the double boxes - exactly that is intended for the phone - alternatively, it will go in the dining room. An intercom was not planned. Thanks for the tip about not more than 3.

I have incorporated a few comments and added the lamps. My wife doesn't want any light switches for the bedroom next to her bed :\

Then place them centered above the bed.

If it becomes a sliding door between the hallway and the dining area, it will probably run on the hallway side - right? Then there is no light switch for the hallway on the hallway side. Therefore, consider controlling the hallway light with a motion sensor. Otherwise, design the wall so that sliding doors are in one wall, possibly behind a partition wall. Then switches etc. can be integrated there.

I would always provide cables for an intercom system. You don't have to use it.

For normal windows, provide a socket in the reveals. Small table lamp, Christmas lights, etc.

Roller shutter switches... I would simply provide both... a central location for retrofitting ;) and the desired switches at each window.

Link sockets and light switches from the terrace inside with a central off switch.

Also consider in the bedroom linking the sockets intended for bedside lighting with a second switch at the door. Because often when getting up, you don’t turn on the ceiling light but the bedside lamp. And then you leave the room thinking "ah, still need to turn off the light" ;)
