Effects of the war on construction costs and interest rates?

I have to make a decision in the next few weeks about which heating system to install in my purchased existing property. Until now, I was leaning towards a gas condensing boiler, although I would first have to have a line laid from the street to the house for 5000€. Looking at the development, I am now wondering whether an air-to-water heat pump with photovoltaic support and a nice fireplace in the large kitchen-living room would not be better.

Allegedly not sensibly possible. Additionally, the shape of the property does not really allow the use of geothermal energy (quote architect). Air-to-water heat pump is possible, as well as connection to the gas network. Currently, there is an old oil heating system running in the house, which occupies 2 rooms that are intended to become children's rooms.
