War remains war , even if that may not be quite clear to you in your warm dwelling with fast internet and warm feet. The war you disgustingly call an "intervention" means suffering and death for Ukrainians and Russians alike, for people, after all. Instead of showing a bit more humility on days like these and less self-righteousness, otherwise unheard blabbermouths come out of the darkness into the light precisely at such times. Leaving the country itself and now yelling stupidly onto the field from the stands with popcorn and bottled beer in hand, I find somehow funny at a football match, but here it is unbearable. It speaks volumes about the operator of this forum that really important users like apparently withdrew because their posts (and mine, too) are repeatedly deleted without a word and thus ultimately censored, while such dangerous windbags are allowed to act freely. Experiencing glorification of violence in a construction forum I would call perverse, nothing else is happening here. As soon as a likeable, refined-minded and empathetic person like left the forum, even I realized that this is not a place where I want to stay permanently. Fortunately, I have established direct contact with some extremely pleasant people here and experienced many beautiful house projects. Unfortunately, these have become significantly fewer, there are almost no pictures anymore, but rather such dull drivel from people who always knew everything and always had the solution in their pocket... they only needed a little help choosing the parquet floor or tile adhesive, the world order they had long since settled. I cannot change such people, nor peculiar house forum administrators who consciously and repeatedly provide a platform for the most vile speeches and thereby harass peaceful people one after another. But I can decide whether I want to be part of it, and that decision is quite easy for me...
