Is the drainage such a big (technical, acoustic, cost-related?) problem? I looked at the plans of a friend’s realized house. Downpipes run in the wall of the large living-dining area and then the red ones go across under the house towards the sewer...I also drew something again in PowerPoint because the drainage bothers me in your floor plan. In my opinion, it has to be somewhere in the south for it to make sense.
I said that the 90 cm is measured to the window (not the wall). I had planned the island at 1 m now. Still too narrow, the aircraft carrier?I don’t know how you calculate, mine is a bit tighter. I’m missing 10 cm. An "aircraft carrier" (long island) looks okay at 90.
