That probably varies depending on the material and construction, but definitely not on the facing shell. Possibly cantilevered from the floor slab with an "Isokorb".

Hello jpg. Thank you very much for your feedback.
I also need the space in the dressing room. So two wardrobes and a dressing table, room full. Possibly, the use of bedroom and dressing room can also be swapped.
I wouldn't know what else to do with the space in the living room and bathroom.

Hello 11ant, so it does work after all.... Isokorb is good, otherwise I wouldn't know how you could attach that part anywhere.

We also have such an L-canopy. It is a wooden construction clad with Trespa panels. Since we have brick masonry, the construction was simply screwed to the house. See picture.

You could also add a window at the top of the staircase and visually connect the windows to the bathroom. Windows in the living room and upper floor on the left wider. This way your front facade would look a bit more appealing. Do not extend the L-roof all the way out but finish it with a window.

Thank you very much würfel. However, the picture is one made of steel, correct?

No, it is a wooden construction clad with trespa panels. It looks slightly shiny in the photo, although it is actually more matte.
