No, same property. But the netiquette sensitivity regarding crossposting is generally lacking. It is the same topic with a different draft, even after a four-month break. Patronizing the other discussants about whether they find the crossposting notice helpful remains "not nice," no matter how you twist and turn it. A small internal link at the end of the supposed opening post costs you nothing, and everyone who doesn’t want to follow it can ignore it, but at least they had the opportunity.

11ant Thanks, exactly this information I needed when I opened this topic yesterday. Who harms this forum more now, someone who made the topic useless or someone who did not provide a reference to a similar topic. Nobody here is interested in stuff like that. Who is supposed to write something meaningful here about the topic with all this non-topic writing?

That was the same person. Except for you, no one here writes "non-topic," but as the OP you are kind of "allowed" to do so. Destroy your thread as much as you want. For the serious discussants here, the embarrassingly still not from you :-( reference to part I of the discussion with the clearly same plot of land as seen here:

Trespa are HPL panels. Rather not a material, but a cladding material. There are rules for subordinate projections, varying depending on the state. Please check the state building code yourself. Ask your architect or someone else. It is not a task for a layperson. That’s tight for ... 160 sqm?! You have planned a lot of space for living room, bathroom and dressing room. Well-planned saves living area.

Where would the added value be? Please consider for yourself whether this note is necessary or just an “overzealous” note from you, which doesn’t help the OP or the respondent, but is only nitpicking at a high level because you recognize yourself in it.
