Draft designs tiles bathroom / guest toilet

Hello everyone, I have the following drafts for our small bathroom and our even smaller guest toilet. Would you, purely based on the arrangement of the tiled surfaces, proceed in the same way? In the bathroom, there is personally a bit too much tile on the walls for me. Could we not just tile the shower and the pre-wall behind the WC, and simply plaster the rest, including behind the washbasin?

I don't think so. We have fewer tiles, but here the wall tiles skillfully and effectively connect the sanitary fixtures. It is just right. Looks good - I like it!

The layout of the bathroom is not optimal in terms of "room" enhancement, but you probably know that, can live with "long and narrow," and have even planned 2 windows. I would not proceed clean and standardized but boldly bring color or design into play. Personally, I would probably emphasize the slender shape and apply a bold wall design everywhere, which distracts from the length and dullness overall. Gold, green, mirrors, or black… just be bold. If not in the bathroom, then where? There are currently such great mosaic tiles… and keep in mind: a tiled backsplash (or patterned wallpaper) connects. Your bathroom is currently separated on the left and right… there is no unified image and therefore no feel-good character.
