Remember that the sampling is totally "unnatural." You can compare x models in x colors. At home, however, you only have one version and it usually looks good. After all, you've made a decision. But the stress you experience during sampling doesn’t exist in real life.

Only during sampling does the color of the faucet suddenly seem super important. But ultimately, such a faucet just goes unnoticed. You enjoy the house and the feeling; you might have made different choices in some cases. But that’s not really that important.

If I couldn’t decide, I took the cheapest of the alternatives between which I couldn’t decide.

I would personally probably emphasize the slim shape and apply a bold wall design everywhere that distracts overall from the length and dullness. Gold, green, mirror or black… just be bold for once. If not in the WC, then where? There are currently such great mosaic tiles… and remember: such a tile backsplash (or patterned wallpaper) connects.

I’ll explain again: I find the white long wall in the guest WC too empty. If it were only one meter of wall, okay. But it’s more. And I think some color or patterned wallpaper would connect the two elements on the left and right.

What do you think about the black corner moldings?

Black corner moldings only work in combination with black fittings. And to be honest: I would probably choose black fittings. The combination of white enamel, black in the accessories, beige in the tiles fits as shown. If I were to do something different, then neutral corner moldings… fittings are not that expensive, that you couldn’t change them in 10 years if you even want to. Is that contemporary enough for you?
