Ok. Of course, it is understandable to me that the sleeves are driven in together with the posts. And the alignment is then done at the posts. That sounds reasonable to me. But I still have concerns that the sleeve/post combination moves when the concrete is fresh. And for that, I would need something to stabilize it. But I would already mount the fence posts before putting them in the concrete. They need to be screwed in. That certainly works better outside.

Earth-moist concrete, not liquid concrete. It can be aligned perfectly with the fence posts.

I repeat, use Ruck-Zuck concrete. You pour it in dry, put the post in, straighten it, pour water over it with a watering can. If necessary, add powder and pour water again, depending on the desired strength. After 5 minutes, the post/sleeve holds on its own. You can also just do the bottom layer with Ruck-Zuck - it has its price - and after 5 minutes pour the cheap screed over it. But of course, the screed must be mixed beforehand (yes, earth-moist, not sloppy).

I assume that for a hole about 50 cm deep and 25-30 cm in diameter, you would need at least two bags (= 50 kg) of it. Right?

Edit:

OK, so 1 bag plus about 25 kg of "other concrete" should be enough? :)

I already have plenty of bags of screed concrete lying at home. I will then try to slowly get a feel for the earth-moist.

Calculate the hole and then look at the processing instructions of the concrete ;-) The hole has a calculated volume of ~45l, 25kg Ruckzuck from Quickmix yields 13l according to the data sheet. But: you usually don’t concrete up to ground level and something still has to be embedded in the hole ... so yes, at least two bags. By the way, screed is similar, you get about 20l from a 40kg bag. Ruckzuck is a huge work relief because mixing is omitted and after 5 minutes the post holds, after one hour it’s load-bearing. Screed takes three days ...
