How was the outdoor area visualized in the building application? Somehow, I hardly understand anything. I would have developed the property access differently.

If I understood the first post correctly, there is no building application yet and no final placement. So, fire away with the floor plan ideas ;)

To me, the whole story sounds like "I'm just digging up memories of my school math once again and saving myself the architect" :-(

You’d best name (WITHOUT linking! – e.g., in the format "Posemuckel No. 258 in the tilted field") the responsible development plan so that experienced readers can take a look at the textual provisions. Your (naive?) calculation is largely based on the (uncertain and possibly erroneous) assumption that the real ground floor finished floor height can be emancipated from the fictitious standard floor height for height calculations with zero tolerance. Perhaps just a closer clarification here alone could "destroy" all concerns at once :-)

Sorry for any confusion. Did I pick the wrong subforum? I wasn’t referring to floor plan discussions of the house, but rather to the layout of the outdoor areas (which may possibly influence the position of the house) – I want to consider everything comprehensively from the very beginning.

Regarding the process: We have the plot. We don’t yet have a house or a building application (logically). We have an offer from a prefabricated house manufacturer including a basement. Of course, this is also about determining the maximum budget. I’ve already heard a few horror stories about the costs of slope stabilization from colleagues (partly well over 100k).

Therefore, I am already dealing with how the house could be positioned on the plot and how the height differences would be designed accordingly (including rough costs for different scenarios).

A meeting with the architect will of course take place as well. But only after the contract for the house has been concluded with the house provider (a brief preliminary discussion beforehand, but no detailed planning).

I have already posted the sketch including the building envelope and the detached house.

Thanks!!

House with floor plan and plot including [Außenanlage] must be considered together, otherwise it will be neither fish nor fowl.
