Have the person who planned the house without necessity to raise it so high handle that for you. The parents' property has a similar slope to your original terrain, doesn't it?

My parents built their house on a slab; we have a full basement that protrudes from the ground at the front. That could only have been lowered pointlessly, or rather, unwanted.

… now you have a castle and no garden or play area. I wouldn’t say anything if that was intentional or if you have many opportunities to let off steam.

Is the house already standing? Is your earthworks contractor waiting for your plan?

We currently only have one excavation pit; the basement is coming next week. Nevertheless, we already want to think about how everything will proceed.

We have the main entrance and garage in the basement. Setting the basement lower than the street and sewer level was considered not very wise by all involved, among other things because of backflowing water.

The building application has been submitted and approved; nothing can be changed about it now anyway. I am hoping for constructive suggestions, but so far I have only received them from . Too bad.

I have to ask again. According to the building application, we have placed the house more or less on a hill/leveled the garden at ground level and sloped it on the right and left. However, in some parts the fill is more than 1.20m. The building application is approved, so can we assume that we are allowed to design our property as it appears in the photo?
