And what exactly do you want to fill there??? You can fill drywall in a wooden house, but definitely not plaster. That would be absolute nonsense.
Please?! How is a Q4 surface created in interior finishing? It is filled and sanded several times. Then painted... Fully filling, then sanding, and afterwards covering with painter's fleece is quite common nowadays?!
With us, wallpapering with a fleece would be associated with an additional cost of 5000,- EUR!! We then omitted that and only had the plaster painted. We like the slightly rough plaster surface.
