But that is not finely spread plaster. That would never be acceptable to me. Q2 is uniform and visually appealing when properly applied.

With a soft brush and soapy water, you can actually get children's fingerprints off quite well. Try it on an inconspicuous spot.

I think my wife always removes something with a damp sponge from time to time, but eventually you can also see it in the fading color.

It must be somehow tempting to drag your fingers along there. 50cm lower you also have the traces of the cat brushing along.

Here are the comparison pictures showing how it looks today. I made an effort to photograph exactly the same sections again.

As I said, the two indirect lights in the living room are an absolute nightmare for any painter who values their craft...
But I still think the before/after difference is easy to see...

Thank you! Overall, that looks really good, but not perfect. However, it is satisfactory. The result can easily be achieved with just one plastering without sanding in Q2. However, you need a good tradesman for that.
