Yes, it always depends. We only had the gravel around the house done in the course of the pool work, where digging was done and soil and gravel were distributed or removed. We also didn’t have the landscaping company do it, but a construction company that has already concreted pools.

Our previous terraced house was completed in 2001. In 2002, we had a 6x6m prefabricated garage from two parts by Juwel installed. The seller also ensured that the strip foundations were made. Everything went perfectly. When selling this year, the garage was still in great condition.

I would definitely need the possibility to access the garden with smaller machines at the end of the house construction. Otherwise, landscaping is very difficult. Since the price seems reasonable, I hope to find a way there.

Just install two gates. A simple manual swing gate is sufficient on the garden side.
