Completely irrelevant. The network operators don't want it, so that's that. Besides: Excavator attack in front of the house, but the supply line breaks under the floor slab. Water, sewage, you name it. Of course, something like that can be handled, but very few actually go along with it.

Why is the utility room even on the sunny side? Is the floor plan fixed?

Edith: The bedroom is also in the south... are you vampires or why no living rooms in the sun?

Hello

Build the partial basement (why do people build something like that?) in the north. Then you have the connections where they are convenient.

I would say it’s due to the north-south gradient. Both the bedroom and the utility room seem to be partially dug in.

Hello

my dear swan.
I made the revision shaft myself. One day with the shovel plus 100 euros for the prefabricated shaft.
Shoveled rain and sewage for nearly another day. Of course, I laid the connection myself up to the street. Someone from the municipality came, checked it, and approved it.
For the money saved, I'd rather go on vacation.
And, which is not unimportant: I do it more carefully and better than most civil engineers.

Hello, I’m just seeing this now: The living area is 46 cm below street level. Why don’t you build a full basement and proudly raise the house above street level?! It shouldn’t cost that much more.
