But it’s only 46 cm at the very western boundary, the same level in the east. The north-south elevations would be interesting, it’s relatively inaccurate like this...

Hello Matthew03

That's true.
But since Gretchen Thunfisch predicted that the climate is changing and the next flood is coming, I wouldn't risk having to keep my house dry during heavy rain.
It happened to my neighbor last year. The house has been standing for 50 years. An incredible downpour over 10 minutes and the fire department came with pumps. The damage was immense.

I would check the floor plan and make something really great out of it. It's a design flaw with the utility room anyway. I assume no professional was involved - a living room as a passageway for almost everything isn’t really trendy either. Living area/kitchen to the south, sleeping area more to the north... Is this an apartment? Utility room including technical connections at the front of the house, parking spaces near the entrance, and then the connections will work out. Prices are about right.

Wow. But you can’t generalize that. What you have as an inspection shaft, I have as a subordinate rainwater collector. My central inspection shaft is 4m deep (down to the sewer invert), drivable up to 40 tons, and the wastewater pipe is connected via an internal drop. No layman would dig that themselves.

Just with that 4.5m deep hole, you would have been busy for days.

Hello domski

you are right. Digging up to 1.5 meters, putting in rings and that's fine, that is still okay. 2 meters maybe if the rings are in and I transport deeper by digging. That should then be the limit. But I have already done 3.5 meters myself with a larger mini excavator. That is my infiltration. It was a matter of 2 hours. Putting in rings. The biggest problem was that they were not level. I removed soil under the rings with a garden shovel until the level was correct. My poor wife had to carry the soil up with a bucket (I love this woman), otherwise I would have broken my back climbing up and down.
