The question was, in my opinion, whether the figures quoted by the municipal utilities are realistic. All municipal utilities charge flat rates for media connections here. These flat rates rarely reflect the actual effort but are fixed. They can be viewed in the price lists of the municipal utilities. Usually, only wastewater is free of charge. Just ask the local provider, sometimes they are willing to make concessions to a very small extent.

Using a multi-utility house entry. This includes a curved pipe assembly, usually 3m long, which ends before the exterior wall.
Beforehand, a floor plan is designed where the connection room is sealed towards the street. As you can see, this is more practical and cheaper.

There are also extension kits for the mentioned 3m pipe. Check out, for example, doyma. How many meters need to be bridged there?
I believe such kits are available up to 10 or even 15 meters. Maybe the utility company will agree to that since these are great certified, overpriced multi-utility house entry components. They actually like that. So no KG or EN2000 pipe, but something "proper."

To be honest, I don't know where the problem is. Of course, it makes sense to place the utility room and thus the transition point as close to the street as possible.

However, there are sometimes situations that do not allow this. I would lay empty conduits under the floor slab here, and if something should happen, a quick replacement or repair is possible.

We also have the utility room positioned in the "second row" about 2m from the outer edge of the house (the multi-service house entry). Length 6m from main building. The utility room is indeed located on the exterior wall, but later the garage will be built there. So far, nobody involved has made any remarks about this. The foundation slab has already been poured and the multi-service house entry has been accordingly concreted in. Presumably, the "risk" increases with the pipeline route under your house. It is most cost-effective if the multi-service house entry and media connections are close to each other. If something ever leaks "before the water meter" and the municipal utilities have to shut off the water, it is of course better if the leak is not under the house. But such a multi-service house entry hose is tested to be water- and gas-tight, so nothing should happen.

I'll just join in on the topic. Yesterday, we were able to enter our newly built basement for the first time. We managed to get the main contractor to provide rain/sewage connections; now we still need electricity/gas/water. We applied for these things early on (currently, nothing is happening anyway because of Corona) and assumed we would simply get a multi-utility connection including a 200mm core drilling. During the first basement inspection, we noticed the two squares in the building services room. In your experience, what are they for? Has the main contractor already planned something for the connections there or perhaps the external lines of the ventilation system?
