Cost of installing garages with crane

We want to place the garages directly next to the house. That’s only possible once the house is plastered, we were told. And brick garages are supposed to cost twice as much.
Also, the space is needed for the construction site setup.

What I understood is that Bonum Haus is an intermediary and gets a commission for the contracts. You make a contract with each craftsman. So you have to sign a lot of documents.

which now sounds like “but really so” at the beginning. What do you think about the suggestion to drop the pretense and tell openly at what point in the planning you are? – then surely someone can help you!
At least you apparently already have a concrete plot, even in your possession (?); and now on the one hand you are afraid of finding individual craftsmen but on the other hand also have no architect and/or general contractor?
Then I would approach things quite differently and not rule out looking for garages right from the start.

The plot has been purchased, the floor plan and placement of the house with garages are 90% complete. Financing and whether we will work with a general contractor, architect, or construction brokers are still open.

The garages are also included as a financial buffer in the calculation. They might possibly come later. The banks want a very detailed cost breakdown.

The property measures 17x37 m. The short side is located to the north. The house is to start 3m away from the north side. A garage is to be located on the east boundary behind the house. The other one next to it, adjacent to the house.

Sorry, I have nothing on the phone for that. As described above, the property is nothing special and easy to imagine. On the east and west sides, a distance of three meters from the boundary must be maintained. The garden is on the south side.
