It's always hard to say. Off the top of my head, I notice that the roof has little overhang on the gable side. I can't see anything on the sides. You also have to look closely at the details: Between the three windows on the first floor, there is only a very narrow bridge each. It could look strange with insulation or without insulation in that spot. Is the lintel continuous? Then get rid of the braces. Insulating the roof could still be interesting. Can you see anything through the window? Is it built out? There is something on the pane, but the photo doesn't reveal what it could be.
