That is - I want to say unfortunately - normal these days with cost estimates via architects ... and legally permitted Rheinische Grüße

I expected nothing else - but it is more due to the current order situation of the companies

And I'm not mad at the architect - it just has to be dealt with now, then it will relativize itself again.

I would never work with a property developer. You pay way too much money for the quality provided. I requested all my trades myself in the region and in the end I ended up significantly cheaper than the first property developer offer I received. As already described, it is much easier to negotiate about own contributions than with a property developer. It takes some time to get into the subject of house building and you quickly realize where to save and where to better leave it.

Great!!!

Not everyone has the time to take care of it themselves. Some of us are employed somewhere with fixed working hours and cannot even have private conversations during the day.

I also don’t read anything about 'property developer'

Hehe, I have to agree with Yvonne. For me, it's almost too much to assign 1! trade alone. You always have to sit down with the people and the answer you get is also rather rarely the one you receive. Often you don't even get what you requested.

Hello everyone,

The calculation from Bauexperte fits our region very well. Whether with or without a developer depends on who handles the tenders and the legal processing. If you are skilled in this, I agree with you that you can do it on your own. However, if you are not legally confident, it can backfire. But basically, I agree with you.
You can really save money if you tender the individual trades and then compare the price offers. Then you have real negotiation potential.

Have a nice weekend everyone
