Cost estimate single-family house Bauhaus style Baden-Württemberg

I also find it insanely expensive...where in BW? We are currently building there, but rather in a rural area.

Kubus, 156 sqm, not basemented, double carport, conventional (Poroton), flat roof (green roof), air-to-water heat pump, two bathrooms, ... = approx. 300,000,- without exterior work, without painting and flooring.

Sure, it's 24 sqm less and no garage, but I find it intense.

Does Bauhaus also imply flush doors, recessed baseboards, and comparable cost drivers? Whether that really costs that much more - no idea, but normal door frames and stuff are certainly cheaper to get... Someone already said that just the inquiry about Bauhaus makes it more expensive than "just" calling it a cube with a flat roof.

I didn't even pay €90,000 for the shell including windows/doors/roof + covering... :-O

Without asking, I don't think so.

Someone already said that just asking for Bauhaus makes it more expensive than "just" calling it a cube with a flat roof.

The majority of (architecture history layman) clients simply mean "flat matte white roof" by "Bauhaus" (similar to how "Tuscany" only means "pleated skirt cornice"). The builders apparently "understand" this code as well, and accordingly offer Hornbach style when asked for Bauhaus style.

That is way too expensive.

We have an offer at home, 190sqm living space, full basement including double garage for about 530k
