Dear forum,

We are currently in the quotation phase of our construction project. We have received an electrical offer through the wooden house builder and I would appreciate your assessment. The question for me is: Is the offer OK or should we obtain more quotes? The real problem here is mainly that most companies are already quite fully booked for 2017...

hmm I would say that's in the mid-range... however, the network and satellite cables should be laid in a conduit and in my opinion there is rather too little media stuff...

Define media stuff - sorry I am totally unexperienced in that. I would like to have a LAN cable in all (relevant) rooms... Laying in conduit to be able to pull cables later on or where would the advantage be?

Media stuff is everything that has nothing to do with electricity and is used for data transmission, i.e. Sat, Lan, telephone, Hdmi, speakers

Lan in every room is not wrong, however a double socket is better

The house does not seem to be small. Nevertheless, I would get more offers; the offer is certainly not cheap.

There are 145m² of living space (ground floor/attic) and a basement, which I think is not very big.
