I would have now simply planned the ceiling outlet quite far down and then laid it under the ceiling to the desired position with ventilation duct and outlet!?

Yes, that's exactly what I mean. You extend the ceiling outlet with the appropriate means. You can freely decide where it goes because the ceiling has been suspended.

Today, I quote you everywhere

So you consider such a preparation, without possibly putting the ventilation system into operation immediately, a good idea?
I still have to provide supply and exhaust air. I'll look for suitable roof penetrations, which I won't install immediately.

Good, not good. You need to know that. I am always pro controlled residential ventilation. Life in the house becomes easier because of it.

If the budget is not necessarily available, preparing the ducts is quite interesting. However, I would definitely cap the ducts as long as they are unused. In other words, seal them airtight until the system is installed.

To prevent any contamination.

What do you miss in the building system thread? Off the top of my head, I can’t think of anything else that could be written.

Yes, I want to seal them with a cap and tape around for safety. If I get a bit better at price negotiations and am more diligent with my own work, the controlled residential ventilation will go in right away, that’s what I wish for. Then I can also integrate it directly into the building automation.

The photos on the first page are no longer recognizable, but they haven’t been for some time now.
Yes, good question... what else could be included.
Maybe some good experiences, or which conduits suffice in a single-family house. For example, I want to run every room with an NYM 5x1.5 to have 3 circuits... constant power and two switchable, for example. You probably know about lighting, whether DALI is worth it or simply KNX... well, maybe that’s good content?!

But it could also get too detailed??

Best regards
