so you consider such a preparation, without possibly putting the ventilation system into operation immediately, a good idea?

IMHO the costs of a controlled residential ventilation system are largely dominated by the installation and the ductwork. With only slight additional costs compared to the bare installation, you can then also complete the controlled residential ventilation system right away. But with a lot of self-labor and cheap purchasing, it can look different. So ... case by case.

I would avoid placing the ceiling outlet in the dining room directly above a seating area if possible. In winter, that can become unpleasant. Better to place it slightly more towards the edge ...

thanks for your tip.
So the system is supposed to be installed entirely by myself.
Well, the ventilation ducts with ceiling outlets will cost me about €1300.
The complete ventilation system then about €6000. I’m calling a dealer today.

As already suggested by , I have adjusted the drawing and marked the duct routing as I would install it. Cleared with a structural engineer, running ducts perpendicular under load-bearing walls is okay; he is now reviewing these drawings.

Now, the longest ventilation duct determines the highest pressure loss. Should I make a loop on the shorter ducts? Is that sensible??
