Is that the bathtub on the left? Would you have the final floor plan again? :)

Exactly, the bathtub is on the left. We have placed fabric-covered wooden boards on it so that there is a bench and guests do not always see the open bathtub.

That was our last plan, we also narrowed the door. Unfortunately, the bathroom planner did not have a proper bathtub to choose from.

Have you ever "simulated" this with moving boxes? In each of these planning stages, there remains at best 60cm of passage between the bathtub and the washbasin, bathtub and wall, or as an entry to the shower. In one picture, you don't even have 50cm between the edge of the bathtub and the corner niche to the shower. 50cm is half the width of a dining table... that's nothing, and at the latest when you get older, you or your guests will curse it. But well, the guest can still crawl over the wooden boards covering the bathtub.

The bathroom has been completed. We effectively have a passage of about 65cm, would need to measure again precisely. Admittedly, this is completely sufficient, as the "narrowness" only applies to the foot area and with the broad shoulders there is enough space to walk through normally.

Of course, that is "sufficient." I often stay overnight in hotels that have such bathrooms. But... if "sufficient" is to be the new standard here, then you can close 95% of your debates ;)
