Floor-to-ceiling is OUT!

Better to go only up to 120cm and have a reasonable budget instead of the 25€ hardware store tiles like in your construction service description

But it has already been realized that the "25€ hardware store tiles" are only intended for the basement (technical / laundry)?

Electric: So I paid just under 3k for similar equipment WITH final assembly. Final assembly 3k? One, max two, fitters come and need one day. Correct hourly wage for sure. Not even electric shutters are included. Change the company or remove that and assign the item yourself. For 11k you can at least fill the place with sockets, spots, LAN and TV sockets.

Well, Golfi is complaining about my construction service description. And we do have a basement.

We have also "only" tiled up to 1.20 m in the bathroom, and we deliberately wanted it that way (since the construction was individually contracted, there was no performance specification). I also find this modern; I don't know anyone who has tiled their bathrooms up to the ceiling in recent years. But as with everything: a matter of taste!

I see it similarly.

The electrical equipment is absolutely minimal. Bathroom furniture can also be expensive (it certainly won’t stay with the equipment mentioned in the performance specification). The same goes for the staircase: is the standard sufficient? If not, that can also cost a lot of money. I would also want to know exactly which heating system will be installed (not: Buderus or SIMILAR). No electric shutters (nowhere!); you can do it, but you should be aware of that in advance. Yes, I also think you will still spend a lot of money if you build with this provider. Think carefully about what you want to upgrade and where you can live with the standard, and then have the general contractor specify the extra costs for the upgrades and include them in the contract before signing!
