I don't find the approximately 1.20m problematic either, rather more contemporary. But there are also people who butcher carp or pigs in the bathroom.

With us, [raumhoch] is also stated in the scope of work description. Nevertheless, we do not do it.

So either the construction service description is not complete (photo missing) or there is no item for civil engineering work, landfill, etc..

Quite a lot of gravel considering that it has not been finalized yet and much will be done by the client. Even the shower drain has to be paid for separately, not to mention the "shower cabins". Just like that 3-4k€ on top. My guess is you'll sink at least another 50k€ there, if not more (and by that I don't mean the outdoor facility and the final specification).
