Construction work list! Verification!

Well, Golfi is complaining about my construction service description. And we have a basement.

Whoever has the same tiles in the basement as on the ground floor or upper floor doesn't know where to put their money. We have our guest room in the basement, and the 20€ tiles from the tile specialist store would be gladly accepted in any rental apartment.

My impression: Normal price/performance ratio, construction description quite vague, high potential for pattern repetition.

In my opinion, there are a lot of open questions. The construction description already contains potential for disputes upon a quick glance. For example, the question arises as to how the masonry will be executed. I haven't quickly found any usable descriptions regarding the foundation. The slab and ceilings are also somehow calculated. It should at least be clear what thickness and how much steel is already included. Electrical work has been mentioned often enough, I agree with that. Tip: Get proper advice urgently!

We are also considering removing the electrical installation and finding our own. Now a smart home system should also be planned.
Do you perhaps know how expensive such an electrical including KNX planning is?
What would an electrician probably want?
