I thought the headline would entice some people to take a look and share their two cents. Whether positive or negative doesn't matter at first. What can be optimized in the bill of quantities? How do the costs look, is that about right? Is there any way to tell if it's not too expensive?

I just took a quick look at the electrical work. The list reminds me of the 70s.
- Sockets are an absolute minimum number.
- More connection points will probably be wanted.
- Only one empty conduit for [SAT/Telefon]. Cable or [SAT]-wiring not included. Is the living room enough, or should it be in several rooms?
- What about the network? TAE is outdated (which is also not included), LAN is in!
