Unfortunately, our budget is very small, Kalksandstein is also the favorite of the construction company in offer 2, but it is used less in our area because it is more expensive. Therefore, unfortunately not feasible for us.

Thus, despite minor differences in the assessment of dense windows, it is decided and determined: You take 36.5 aerated concrete plus scratch plaster. You take a gas heating system. You have to ventilate properly or somehow install forced ventilation.
