Because of the smallest nonsense, you get warned and deleted here, but advertising like this or from Elefanten stays up. Interesting.

Höxter. Absolute no-man’s land. Not surprising to me that you can get dilapidated shacks there for next to nothing.
Free insider tip from me: dilapidated houses in the Harz area. Super cheap! Certainly top for young families ;)
Weren’t you or one of your other Durran accounts the one who said that even nowadays you should do a lot of the work on your own house yourself?

That means you should just quit your job right away with these house bargains to get the house more or less in shape in 2 years.

What kind of shady auctions are these?
And also cool that you compare your supposed exclusive knowledge to that of a lawyer :D
Can you somehow prove that?
Can I hold you liable for bad advice?

It must have gone into the Bermuda Triangle / Nirvana. If you can't send PMs yet, you also can't receive any. But you can enter contact details under "Information" in your profile – yours, by the way, is "oopst," you obviously haven't made it accessible – as well. Rarely laughed so hard, "in the sixties" today also means "sixty years ago" (I hope you meant 1960). Back then they still had lead and cast iron pipes, almost only single sockets, and a ceiling lamp outlet in the middle of the ceiling, from which it continued with a monkey swing. But at least there were already toilets in the apartments, water in the kitchen only cold plus boiler. Is this still humor or already trolling? Which advertising do you mean – is merely mentioning the name of a broadcast already "advertising"?

In the sixties, completely renovated means everything is junk. Sanitary, heating, windows, doors, electrical. Simply everything.

Basically, you can tear it down and rebuild. You have a nice developed plot for little money. But you can also rebuild partially or only in part.

But please. I neither know Höxter nor the specific offer. It is neither my house nor have I seen it. I neither want to sell nor rent it. I just mentioned it as an example. Nothing more.

Harz is absolutely cool. But the problem is usually the job. At least in Goslar, the unemployment rate is quite high. But if you can work from home or have a job like nurse, then I can recommend Harz. Just stay away from Goslar-Oker, the ground there is contaminated :)
