The conversation in which I gave you my real name and my email address apparently didn’t work. So that’s probably not desired either. I obtained the development plan, the prices, and the list of still available plots through conventional means. The development company you could, as I assume, gather from the press. Then I just sent them an email asking for prices and documents. There seem to be several construction phases, so it might also fit into your desired schedule.
The prices in construction phase 1 are: “The prices are tiered as follows: 230 – 280 €/m² (blue), 280 – 330 €/m² (yellow + 6-14) and 330 – 430 €/m² (red 1-5).”
It is partly cheaper than our purchased plot, which is not located between two lakes. ;-)

Thank you for the information and your effort, I had already been looking to see if I had missed a message there. I will contact the company directly as well.

Are those really the prices in the south of Leipzig? That’s really steep. Here, about 80 km away in Saxony-Anhalt, we are still at 70 €/m². Because from Kahnsdorf to Leipzig is still quite a few meters. And the S-Bahn doesn’t stop there either.

My information was from 26.10.2020. These plots are still relatively cheap. Even though I am reluctant to advertise for this region because I selfishly don't want it to be overrun, ;-) the quality of life here is still enormous. It is the Neuseenland, and if you know it, the prices are easy to understand.

Correction: "... enormously high." instead of "... enormously still.".

Stupid question. When I think of water near the house, I immediately think of Rhineland-Palatinate and the last natural disaster. Are there any danger statistics or evaluations for Kahnsdorf regarding this? Or is it not a problem because of the lakes, which are not rivers?
