You need a licensed electrician for that. Read NAV §13.

Without looking at the paragraph: for laying the cables, a concession is probably not required. If it comes to the acceptance or connection of the electrical box, one is needed, but that does not make up 100% of the laying costs.

Tip: always calculate with cold rents. Additional costs for energy and so on. You also have to pay that in your own house.

And what is not quite clear to me here: the actual and the target condition. Salary, shift work, travel times and costs: do they apply now? Will you have the same conditions later? I also can't imagine leaving children in daycare or kindergarten and commuting 60 km to work. When I look at our young colleagues, they actually have to leave spontaneously sometimes and take care of the children. Expectant mothers are not suited for shift work, and so on and so forth.

I don't want to talk it down here, but a reminder not to mix up the situations – what would work locally now looks completely different with children.

Also sugarcoating a job change, those times are probably over. Usually, a 30-hour job at the next supermarket is more likely, which of course brings in less money, but travel costs and time disappear.

The woman currently uses public transport, then not anymore - I already wrote that, and I also factored in at the beginning that we will then have additional costs.
