I don't really care what’s in there, so I don’t want to argue about it. The system was accepted without defects, sealed, and the electrician master’s signature is on it, that’s all that counts. Whoever pulls wires, does the wiring, etc., is totally irrelevant and no one cares. Some like to blow up the issue and especially electrical companies don’t like it when you want to do 98% of the work yourself. Understandable, after all, that’s how they make a living.

There are also some news by now. My father was at the municipality yesterday and submitted a preliminary building inquiry. The way we imagined building on the property is not really possible anyway, as it is practically not designated as building land but rather as farmland. Now we have to decide on a house design, have it planned and drawn, and then submit it back to the municipality, where it will first be decided in the plenary session whether building is allowed at all.

If that is the case, I would first go to our house bank next spring to discuss financing in order to see how much house we can and want to afford. Once we have gathered all the facts, we will reassess the situation in light of the pros and cons and decide whether to get started in 2019 or rather save for another year.
