Yep, I thought so too. But the standard was laminate and carpet. What kind of BU was that?

In the standard offer, all bedrooms on the upper floor + gallery were offered with carpet flooring (changed to parquet in the mid-price range). Downstairs, only the hallway, kitchen, and bathroom were offered with tiles. Living/dining room and guest/office with laminate. These were also changed to tiles. Other offers had similar standard equipment.

The 303 m³ includes cellar space of approx. 107 m². Ground floor and upper floor: 196 m² for a family of 5. That is not much. (For 4 people, a standard single-family house is also 150 - 170 m² in size). There are no bedrooms in the cellar.

It is a hillside location and therefore a basement open to the front. However, that is included in the price.

There are still a few special features with us, so it is not quite comparable. But then just calculate another 25,000 euros on top in the worst case and we are at 465,000 euros including ancillary costs. That is still far from the 552,000 euros from the offer.

The amount I mentioned for the pure house does not include:
- Garage
- Ancillary costs (earthworks are included in the house, disposal comes separately)
- Outdoor facilities
- Kitchen
