We are currently building in the Enkreis area. Detached house, solid construction, approx. 303 m² (including basement) + 28 m² garage (also solid construction).
Price 470 TEUR for standard equipment: + approx. 77 TEUR additional construction costs (everything except outdoor facilities and kitchen). -> Total approx. 547 TEUR.

Extra charge for premium equipment -> 75 TEUR: Preparation of the living basement (everything except sanitary, flooring and wallpaper), controlled residential ventilation (also in the basement), underfloor heating (air-water heat pump), wood-aluminum windows, parquet and tiles instead of carpet and laminate, blinds on the ground floor, premium wooden stringer staircase, extended electrical equipment.
