So, the final meeting with the company is coming up soon, after which it can be decided whether we still want to build with them or if the company still wants to build with us. As already mentioned, our construction service description is quite thin, where one cannot at all estimate the current price. What I didn’t notice at first is that there is absolutely nothing mentioned regarding electrical work related to the switch program and circuits. Only the number of sockets and light outlets is mentioned. And then there is a note that further requests should be discussed and agreed upon with the electrician. Is there actually a minimum standard for circuits and switch programs that every single-family house must have at least? I know the three levels according to RAL. But since nothing is mentioned in our case, can they simply install one circuit in the house? Is that even "allowed" nowadays? I couldn’t think of another word :)
And what would you do if the company is not willing to make any changes/additions to the construction service description? As already mentioned, it concerns statements about circuits, switch programs, brands, manufacturers, etc. Somehow we are torn back and forth because people only say good things about this company in our region and many are very satisfied. You don’t hear anything negative. But when I look at the contract and the construction service description, no one can be so **crazy** as to sign this without changes.
